Shepcote Engineering believes in continuous improvement in its working practises to provide the very best service. To do that we aim to develop our skilled workforce with a dedicated training programme.
Harley Tate (see left) has recently completed his training and is now continuing his studies at HNC Level.
Currently Shepcote Engineering have two apprentices studying at Brinsworth College.
Jack Watkins is in his final year and Alex Radford is just about to complete his first.
We have another recruit about to start.
