Shepcote Engineering People
Daniel Cornah joins Shepcote Engineering
Originally from Port Sunlight on the Wirral, Daniel joins us after achieving a 2:1 in Mechanical Engineering BEng at Sheffield University and has a keen eye for design and manufacturing.
After falling in love with Sheffield, mainly due to the pubs and the fantastic ale they have to offer, he has decided to stay and pursue his career at Shepcote. He enjoys extreme sports such as snowboarding, surfing, skating and skiing as well as being devout supporter of Liverpool FC, even though it is a struggle sometimes, and regularly plays 5 a-side. His dream is to end up retiring in New Zealand making and designing surfboards whilst basking in the beautiful scenery.
We wish him all the best as he starts a, hopefully, successful and fruitful engineering career.

Danny Ennis
If this surname seems very familiar it's because Danny, a key member of our production staff for many years, is a very, very proud 'Uncle Danny' to non-other than Sheffield's very own Olympian Jess Ennis. All the staff at Shepcote Engineering are enormously proud of Jess' achievements and have long followed her career with great interest and pride in our local Sheffield lass!
Andrew Smith joins Shepcote Engineering
Andrew has joined Shepcote as technical manager. He brings with him a wealth of experience having worked in manufacturing for many years, specialising in hydraulic cylinders design and manufacture.
Retirement of Gordon Kitching
The management and staff wish sales engineer Gordon Kitching a lengthy and healthy retirement to enjoy what he loves most, spending more time his family - especially his grandchildren as well as his main interests of walking and photography. Gordon's colleagues describe him as conscientious and hardworking, well-liked and respected by both staff and customers. He did a superb job for Shepcote Engineering - thank you Gordon!
